Can I get a refund?

Because GuardedContent provides instant access to digital content, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.

Refunds may be considered if:

  • You were charged incorrectly

  • Content was not delivered as expected

  • There was a technical issue preventing access

Refund timing (if approved):

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method

  • Processing time depends on your bank (typically a few days)

If you believe you're eligible, contact support with:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue
