Can't remember your password:
1. Go to the login page in the app.
2. Click Forgot Password.
3. Enter your account email and click Send Reset Link.
4. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a reset email.
5. Click the link and set a new password.
Account locked or suspended: If you see a message that your account has been locked or suspended, contact support at [email protected] for assistance or use the assistant in the bottom right of your screen. Include the email address associated with your account.
Verification email not arriving:
· Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
· Add [email protected] to your contacts and request a resend.
· If you used a typo in your email address during signup, contact support to correct it.
Can't log in with correct credentials:
· Make sure Caps Lock is off — passwords are case-sensitive.
· Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
· Try a different browser or device.
· If using a passkey, ensure your device's biometrics or PIN are set up correctly.
Two-factor authentication issues: If you've lost access to your second factor (e.g. authenticator app), contact support at [email protected] and be prepared to verify your identity.
